Reflect the Creator Photography

I spent two glorious weeks as a photography intern with in Vic Falls, Zimbabwe. An incredible experience where I learned animal care and conservation is far more complex than we are led to believe in our part of the world.

Tanaka, Dennis, Theo, Evan, Hannah, Ian and the rest of the staff at WildHub - your time and friendship meant more than you could possibly have imagined. FOREVER GRATEFUL!!!

In May, I travelled to Zimbabwe (Victoria Falls), Botswana and South Africa (Sabi Sands Game Reserve).

This adventure has been a dream since I started my photography hobby and travelled to Zambia in 2005 and got a small taste of the incredible sights, sounds and culture that is southern Africa.

The editing process has been a slow process and there is no way I am going to post all of the images captured. As a result, it takes a while to go through the process to arrive at the stage of sharing images.

How would I summarize this journey? I left family and friends in Canada on May 11 to travel to Victoria Falls. By the time I returned home, I flew a total of almost 38,000 km, saw things I had only previously dreamed of, saw things I didn't think I would see again (Victoria Falls specifically) and left "family" to come back to Canada.

The images are only a portion of the story I hope to be able to share in more detail in the future.
