Our retail services include but are not limited to:

• Customer-service (to greet the customers with a smile while making eye contact as they enter the store, assist them should they require any).

• Deterrence (security guard S/G to be highly visible to your customers making the aware S/G is actively observing).

• Crowd control (to prevent the store from becoming overcrowded, limiting the number of customers entering and having them form line).

• Security tag’s (identifying garments or items that do not have an attached security tag, inform the store clerk and document it in his/her notes).

• Detection (the ability to detect movements of individuals or any imminent threat to a customer or employee).

• Health-Emergency Response (to administer first-aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, as-well as automated external defibrillators).

• Access control (deny access to any individual who has been pointed out by a store manager as a prior shoplifter).

• Trespass from property (deter reckless behaviour by issuing a verbal or written trespass to aggressive customers and persons of interest).

• Crisis intervention (Protect your employees from any unlawful acts made by a customer, implement de-escalation tactics for aggressive individuals).

• Inventory count (when the store has no customers, our security guard will conduct an inventory count and document it in his/her report. The report is readily available for our client to view at a moment’s notice).

• Fire-safety protocol (Implement standard protocols to evacuate employees and customers).

• CCTV surveillance (review playback footage of an incident while providing a detailed incident report regarding the circumstances).

• Non-disclosure (preserve and maintain confidentiality in respect to any sensitive information).
