📌 Benjamin Moore – Cinnamon Slate (2113-40)
A rich, smoky plum-meets-brown tone that brings depth, sophistication, and a warm, cocoon-like feel. Perfect for accent walls, powder rooms, cozy bedrooms, or dramatic dining rooms. This is a colour that feels elevated yet inviting, and I can't wait to use it in future projects.
📍 BEHR – Rumors (MQ1-15)
Bold, romantic, and powerful — this deep ruby red is making a statement as Behr’s 2025 Colour of the Year. Whether used in small doses (front doors 👀), feature walls, or paired with warm neutrals and brass accents, it's a shade that adds instant personality and passion to a space.

Not sure where to start with bold colours? Sometimes the best approach is to introduce them through textiles, accessories, and smaller spaces before fully committing. One beautiful piece like artwork, a throw pillow, or even a vase, can help you envision the palette and build from there.

✨ Small Space, Big Welcome! ✨

This front foyer transformation proves that even small spaces can make a big impact! With a few thoughtful updates, this entryway went from plain to polished, full of warmth, function, and personality.
I installed DIY wainscoting, painted in Behr Marquee’s Graphic Charcoal, which adds depth and contrast against the light tones. Above it, I used the MelunMer Grey Modern Peel & Stick Wallpaper (found on Amazon) in a subtle light grey pattern, the perfect backdrop for the moody charcoal below.
To finish the look, I added PDGROW DIRECT black wall hooks (also from Amazon, 6-pack) for everyday functionality, and painted the front door in the same Graphic Charcoal shade to tie everything together.
Now, this foyer sets the tone the moment you walk in; stylish, cohesive, and welcoming. Sometimes, it’s the smallest spaces that make the biggest statement. 💫
