🇨🇦 **Ontario has officially transformed its immigration program with a major OINP redesign!**
The province has introduced the new **Ontario Workforce Priority Stream**, replacing all **8 existing OINP streams** as part of a two-phase modernization plan.
Here's what you need to know:
✔️ Eight existing OINP streams have been discontinued.
✔️ A single Workforce Priority Stream will become the primary pathway for eligible workers.
✔️ A new Expression of Interest (EOI) system is expected to launch later this summer.
✔️ Existing applications will continue to be processed under the previous rules, while old EOIs that did not receive an invitation will be withdrawn.
The updated program also introduces new eligibility requirements, improved employer flexibility in rural and northern communities, and stronger measures to protect program integrity.
