A belated St. Paddy’s Day to you all (we may have forgotten to post this, oops!) We made some shamrock sandwich cookies with Baileys buttercream and Irish whiskey caramel for the occasion. Tasty but not too sweet (and you won’t feel tipsy!). We hope everyone had a wonderful and safe St. Paddy’s Day yesterday! 🍀

Mini cheesecakes and tarts galore! We made these little bite size treats for a catering order.
