A note from Coach Stu:
I had an incredible trip to British Columbia with my son. We hiked some amazing trails, saw some breathtaking scenery, and created memories that will last a lifetime.
Now it's time to get moving again!
Our summer online schedule begins tomorrow:
💪 Monday 9:05 AM – Weight Training
🧘 Thursday 9:00 AM – Pilates Matwork
Whether you've stayed active while I was away or you've enjoyed a little extra relaxation, everyone is welcome. Just show up, move your body, and we'll take it from there.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to recharge. I'm excited to reconnect with this wonderful community and get back to doing what I love.

A note from Coach Stu:
After six straight years of online classes, I'm doing something I rarely do...
I'm taking a couple of weeks off. 😊
I'll be away from June 20 to July 4, spending some time with family, recharging the batteries, and doing a little hiking in beautiful British Columbia.
There will be no online classes during that time, but we'll be back at it on Monday, July 6.
For the summer months, we'll be running a simplified schedule:
💪 Monday 9:05 AM – Weight Training
🧘 Thursday 9:00 AM – Pilates Matwork
While I love teaching, I've learned that rest and recovery aren't just important for our muscles—they're important for our minds too. A short break now helps ensure I can continue showing up with the energy and enthusiasm you've come to expect.
Thank you for being part of this incredible community. Some of you have been exercising with me since the very first online classes back in 2020, and I never take that support for granted.
Stay active while I'm away. Go for walks. Lift something heavy. Stretch. Enjoy the sunshine. Most importantly, keep moving.
I'll try to share a few photos and updates from the hiking trails in British Columbia while I'm away, so keep an eye on the page.
