The Canadian real estate market has been rocked with much turbulence this year. To help realtors keep steady on their feet, here are 4 tips to help you succeed in the current market.

🚪 Go back to the basics. In times of uncertainty, you won't go wrong by going back to your foundations. Door knocking, checking in with past clients, connecting with your existing sphere of influence.

💭 Have a solution-based mindset. Solve problems that home buyers and owners alike are facing. Equip yourself to be able to speak to these problems and provide different solutions for each unique situation.

🙋 Remember that not everything needs to result in a sale. Being someone's trusted real estate advisor is a valuable, lifetime connection you can build on for mutual growth.

🧘 Focus on continuous improvement. Success doesn't happen overnight. Stay focused on training, learning, and growth, and one day, you'll get to where you want to be!
