After operating LUNCH at 121 Bank Street for the past 11+ years and expanding to our flagship kitchen at City Centre, Tim van D**e, Founder of LUNCH, decided it’s time to give back to the industry by stewarding the city’s next big idea. Partnering with Andrew Carter, Tim and Andrew created LUNCH Labs-- Ottawa’s first micro-lease satellite restaurant.

LUNCH Labs is Ottawa’s first pop-up restaurant experience. Every few months, a new f&b entrepreneur will be taking over the Bank Street store front to deliver their fresh ideas to the downtown core.
