Today I finished the "オタワ支部(Ottawa-shibu = Ottawa Branch)" signboard.

I had a cake order, so I made a Pokemon cake for the boy's birthday and a Hello Kitty cake for the girl's birthday🎂
In early February, we received orders for cakes and animal cookies.

I made anpan this morning. I mixed the red bean paste in the bread with maple syrup to arrange it in a Canadian style.

今朝、あんぱんを作りました。パンの中のあんこにメイプルシロップを入れてカナダ風にアレンジしました。

I made Japanese sweet buns. This is called melonpan (melon-shaped sweet bread).

日本の菓子パンを作りました。これはメロンパンというものです。
