Fairfield Rink

Hey rink friends! ❄️

After 4 unforgettable seasons, it’s time for me to step away from operations at the Outdoor Fairfield Rink .

What began in 2022 as a simple goal to keep the Fairfield ODR open for our community (and my daughter!) quickly became something so much bigger.

Thank you to everyone who laced up, grabbed a shovel, donated time, or simply stopped to say thank you. This rink gave me just as much as I gave it, and I’m incredibly proud of what we built together over these last 4 seasons. ❤️

By sharing this news early, I’m hopeful we can find a new operator and start planning ahead for next winter. If you’d like to step into this rewarding volunteer role for the ’26–’27 season you can reach out to the city.

I’ll always be cheering on Fairfield Rink — and this amazing community. 🤗

Both rinks have been cleared - will come back for final clean up once snow stops.
