My client kept telling herself that she'd invest in her image when the time was right.

When she got the promotion, when she hit the next milestone and/or when she finally felt as though she earned it.

So she waited and kept showing up in the same rotation of outfits that didn't quite fit the way she wanted them to. She continued wearing black and other "safe" colours that weren't doing her any favours. She refused to update her wardrobe, despite her closet reflecting a version of herself she'd long outgrown.

Unfortunately the promotion didn't come and the big moment kept getting pushed further down the road. But no matter how much time had passed, she couldn't shake the feeling that something was off with her image. Deep down, she knew that there was a disconnect between what she was wearing and what she had to offer.

But then one day, it clicked for her [like it always does with my clients]. She experienced her 'line in the sand' moment and stopped waiting for the perfect time.

She decided to bet on herself and to outsource her style.

👉🏼Together, we got clear on her best colours so she felt comfortable wearing items that weren't black or other safe tones. This included discovering her perfect hair colour(s), makeup and jewellery.

👉🏼She learned how to properly dress for the body she has now (not the one she had years ago) and understood why certain clothing didn't translate the way she envisioned.

👉🏼She was able to review her existing items and to let go of clothes that no longer felt in alignment while identifying versatile pieces that were necessary for a less-but-better wardrobe

👉🏼She had the opportunity to discover herself again; getting clear on how to feel self-expressed through her style all while respecting her day-to-day life

Ultimately, she stopped being distracted by what she was wearing and started showing up fully present in every room she stepped into.

Shortly after us working together, the promotion came through and new opportunities were making themselves available to her.

Coincidence? I don't think so. 🔥

Taking your style more seriously isn't about shopping for new clothes. That's fluff.

It's confidently knowing that what you're wearing accurately reflects the woman you are now - not who you were 10 years ago.

It's about how you carry yourself and how others see you. It's the confidence, productivity and high frequency that you bring because you feel so certain with what you're wearing, no matter the function.

Your image was never supposed to be the reward for your success. It was always meant to be part of how you got there.
