Happy Tuesday all, we hope everyone was safe yesterday during the snow storm and stayed inside all bundled up and warm 😊

For todays exercise, something to do with your own bodyweight and no extra weights needed (only from around the house).

This is the Beginner Bodyweight Workout (3 Circuits):
β€’ 20 Bodyweight squats.
β€’ 10 Push-ups.
β€’ 10 Walking lunges (each leg).
β€’ 10 Dumbbell rows (use a milk jug or other weight).
β€’ 15 Second Plank.
β€’ 30 Jumping jacks
