The Sexual Assault Support Centre (SASC) is a non-profit charity and community based organization established in 1983.

In light of recent media coverage around the use of AI to commit sexual violence, we want you to know that SASC Ottawa is always here for you.

SASC Ottawa will provide support - Advocacy and accompaniment while dealing with the Police.

Long-term support options include up to three sessions of survivor-led support or up to 20 sessions.

Yesterday, June 8, 2026, we had the pleasure of facilitating a workshop with the Sexual Assault Investigation Course.

Thank you to the Ottawa Police Service for committing to keeping the door open for meaningful conversations that facilitate greater understanding of survivors’ needs in policing and, ultimately, improve survivor support.
