Healthy replacements for your pantry!
Here is some advice from Dayna on how you may improve your diet by replacing a few products you consume daily.
🔹Replace sugar with sweetener
Monk fruit Sweetener is sold at Whole Foods, Farm Boy, Superstore (in the natural/healthy section). It is a life-saver for me. It tastes so close to sugar. I sometimes add this to pancakes, smoothies or just on top of my cereal.
🔹Replace regular white bread with Flax Bread
StoneMill Sprouted Flax Bread is sold at many grocers. The flax seeds will help with digestion, and it’s a slow digesting carb. Whereas most white breads act like sugar to your body, this one will do the opposite.
🔹Replace your sweets with frozen and/or fresh fruits
Keep some frozen or fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries etc.) at your fridge, in case you will crave something sweet. Such snack will be more beneficial for you than cookies and candies.

Who doesn’t like breakfast sandwiches? Here are some exciting combinations you may use for it.
✅ Arugula + olive oil + lemon juice + fried egg
✅ Avocado + fried/boiled egg
✅ Avocado + smoked salmon + tomatoes
✅ Turkey + fried egg + provolone cheese
✅ Goat cheese + tomato + basil
Tips: Try to go for Sprouted Bread. Avoid dressings that are high on calories, such as mayo and ranch. Do not cover your sandwich with a second piece of bread when it’s possible.

Hi, guys! It is only one week to FitCAmp at Major’s Hill Park at 12pm - it’s a great opportunity to get active and meet new people.
Working up a sweat together is a great ice-breaker. All our activities are team and group based. FitCamp creates natural opportunities for you to get to know everyone who has come out - chat while exercising, engage in friendly competition and cooperation and hang-out post workout. Our team is an outgoing bunch. We work hard to make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. Whether you are already bringing a friend or showing up ready to meet some new ones, this event is for you.
