Meet Tim Ragan.

Tim is a business engineer, advisor, and founder of C-View Strategies, where he helps owner-led and senior-led organizations improve ex*****on, decision-making, and business performance.

For nearly 40 years, Tim has worked with leadership teams across technology, professional services, manufacturing, and growth-stage business environments, helping them turn strategy into practical operating discipline.

Today, Tim is also deeply integrating AI into his own business development, sales, research, writing, and operating routines from prospect research and sales outreach to call preparation, follow-up tracking, workshop design, and executive writing.

On June 18, Tim will lead CSED’s workshop, Work Smarter, Not Harder: Leveraging AI for Sales and Revenue Success, bringing a practical, sales-oriented perspective to AI adoption for social enterprises, nonprofits, and purpose-driven businesses.

Join us to learn how AI can support the work you are already doing and help you do it more effectively.

Yesterday marked Day 1 of the 2026 CSED Social Enterprise Bootcamp, an exciting milestone that highlights our shared commitment to social change! 🚀

We welcomed our newest cohort of changemakers, social entrepreneurs, nonprofit practitioners, and purpose-driven founders, all here to validate their ideas and build the foundation to launch.

The first session dove straight into the Foundation, exploring motivation and mindset, and unpacking what social enterprise really means. Participants were asked to sketch their “why” and share the idea behind their venture, setting the tone for a program built on purpose, self-awareness, and community. The energy in the room was something else.

Over the next 3 months, the cohort will move through 9 interactive workshops, 3 mentoring sessions, and wraparound coaching support, culminating in a Demo Day pitch. We look forward to seeing how this group will grow and impact the community.

Stay tuned for updates and opportunities to get involved as they progress through the bootcamp.

A huge thank you to the City of Ottawa for making this possible.
