ProCore Foundations prend de l'expansion ! Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne professionnelle et parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais) pour rejoindre notre équipe à nos bureaux de Gatineau.

Si vous excellez dans l'art de la première impression et que vous aimez l'organisation, nous voulons vous rencontrer. Il s'agit d'un poste à temps plein en présentiel, où vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la coordination des inspections et le soutien à notre clientèle.

Le rôle
Accueil client : Gérer les appels entrants et les courriels des clients.

Planification stratégique : Coordonner et réserver les inspections pour nos spécialistes en réparation de fondations.

Soutien administratif : Assurer la fluidité des communications entre nos clients et notre équipe technique.

Les détails
📍 Lieu : En bureau (Gatineau, QC)

⏰ Horaire : Du lundi au vendredi, de 8h00 à 16h30

🗣️ Exigence : Une maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais est obligatoire.

Excellence en service client : Vous êtes patient(e), professionnel(le) et serviable.

Sens de l'organisation : Une expérience en réception ou en planification est un atout majeur.

Aisance technologique : Confortable avec les courriels et les calendriers numériques.

ProCore Foundations is growing! We are looking for a professional, fully bilingual (French & English) Receptionist to join our team at our Gatineau office.

If you are a master of first impressions and love staying organized, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time, in-office position where you’ll play a key role in coordinating our foundation inspections and supporting our clients.

The Role
Client Reception: Manage all inbound client contact via phone and email.

Smart Scheduling: Coordinate and book site inspections for our Foundation Repair Specialists.

Office Support: Keep the flow of communication moving between our clients and our technical team.

The Details
📍 Location: In-office (Aylmer, QC)

⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

🗣️ Requirement: Full fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
