Critical mineral projects are built one milestone at a time.

We're pleased to announce that WSP has completed the Air Quality Assessment for our Lac Knife Graphite Project, one of the final technical workstreams supporting our ESIA submission process.

Every environmental and engineering milestone completed further de-risks the Project and strengthens our mission to build a secure North American supply chain for battery, defence, and advanced industrial applications.

The mission continues. Stay tuned for more updates.

A new research report from Fundamental Research Corp. authored by Siddharth Rajeev (Head of Research) and Nina Rose Coderis, B.Sc (Geology) (Equity Analyst) highlighted what we at Focus Graphite Inc. believe is becoming increasingly clear:

• Tétépisca is now positioned among the world’s largest and highest-grade graphite projects
• Lac Knife remains one of the highest-grade advanced graphite deposits globally
• Focus trades at a fraction of peer valuations despite two district-scale assets in Québec
• North American sovereign supply is rapidly becoming a strategic priority for EVs, defence, aerospace, and advanced technologies

The market is beginning to recognize the importance of secure supply chains.

Since FRC's initial coverage (March 19, 2026), the updated "Fair Value" reported increased +$0.76 from $1.27 to $2.03. This was driven by the material Lac Tetepisca MRE upgrade announcement dated May 7, 2026.

Over the past week, Focus Graphite Inc. participated in the Economic Mission on Critical and Strategic Minerals across Germany, Belgium, and France — including roundtables at NATO Headquarters, the European Union, and the EIT RawMaterials Summit.

Across Europe, one theme was consistent: allied nations are urgently working to secure resilient critical mineral supply chains independent of adversarial jurisdictions.

Discussions with DG DEFIS, the European Commission’s and space directorate, reinforced the growing strategic importance of across defence, energy, advanced manufacturing, and supply chains.

At the EIT RawMaterials Summit, Jason Latkowcer, VP Corporate Development, participated in a well-attended panel focused on "Strengthening Québec-Europe Ties to Build Resilient EV and Defence Supply Chains".

Alongside government and institutional meetings, Focus Graphite Inc. held multiple B2B discussions related to future supply relationships, strategic partnerships, and potential opportunities tied to long-term graphite demand.

Europe is preparing for strategic stockpiling. Focus intends to deliver from Lac Knife — North America’s highest-grade graphite deposit with a completed 2023 feasibility study — alongside Lac Tétépisca, a double-digit grade graphite asset and one of the largest graphite deposits in the world.

On a mission in Paris, Premier Christine Fréchette promoted Québec as a “trusted partner” for France and Europe in the critical and strategic minerals sector.

Christine Fréchette took part Monday in a roundtable discussion with representatives of the French government and economic stakeholders. The event was held at Québec’s delegation office in Paris. The Premier highlighted Québec’s “major advantages” when it comes to critical minerals.

“First, we have the resources in Québec’s ground. That is a very important element: we hold the largest share of Canada’s critical and strategic minerals — a significant portion of them. We have 28 in total,” she emphasized.

The Premier said she wants to develop the sector in a “sustainable” and “responsible” way, while highlighting Québec’s clean energy advantage.

With planning to invest €800 billion to rearm, the Québec government hopes the province can benefit and secure its share of -related contracts.

“We are in a movement where spending related to defence and critical and strategic minerals will continue to increase. That is the case here in Europe, but also in Canada, with a willingness to raise contributions to NATO’s budget target up to 5%. As a result, enormous spending tied to defence will follow,” the Premier explained.

Focus Graphite Inc. is in Europe this week alongside Invest Quebec | Investissement Québec International for the Québec Economic Mission on Critical Minerals and Strategic Minerals and the EIT RawMaterials Summit.
