As health and fitness professionals, we have the privilege of helping people discover that movement is about so much more than exercise. It builds confidence, supports mental well-being, strengthens communities, and helps people live fuller, healthier lives.
Today, we encourage you to move your body and invite someone else to join you. A friend, family member, neighbour, coworker, or client. Sometimes all it takes is one invitation to help someone take their first step toward a healthier lifestyle.

As we wrap up Mental Health Awareness Month, here’s an important discussion:
