Royal LePage has just released its Spring Recreational Property Report, which states the aggregate price of a house in Atlantic Canada’s recreational regions is forecast to increase 17% in 2021 to $226,961. In 2020, the aggregate price of a house in the Maritimes’ recreational markets increased 12.3% year-over-year to $193,984, compared to 2019. 📊
