Still figuring out this whole IGTV thing, and I’ve had a few requests for the full(er) acoustic version of this tune I listed a few weeks ago so I thought I’d throw this up here too. Still working out some kinks obviously, but I hope you enjoy nonetheless.
Like so many of us, my heart goes out to all the families who have been wronged in this country. I’m ashamed of our forefathers and the crimes they have committed. We all still have so much to learn. And so much healing needs to take place for our indigenous friends, and families. My heart hurts for them today.

In honour of my mother, I’ve decided the new studio addition will be called Betty, after my late biological mom. I never got to meet her unfortunately, but I have learned that she loved to sing, and that music was a great love of hers. That in itself has been so very comforting to me the last few years, and I know this piano will only help fuel that comfort in the years to come.
Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing mothers out there. This day is for you. ❤️
