Last week for Earth Day, an awesome group of CBP employees picked up garbage at a park near our head of as part of the City of Ottawa's Cleaning the Capital inititative.

Thanks to Kerrie, Bill, Brenda, Jacen, Gina, Kim, Vanessa, Lynn, Stephano, and Gale, for taking the time to clean up local greenspace!

This Earth Day, Colonnade BridgePort is proud to be taking small, meaningful steps toward a more sustainable future.

We’re marking the day in a few different ways:

• Rolling up our sleeves to help clean up a local park as part of the City of Ottawa Cleaning the Capital initiative

• Providing a little green-thumb inspiration by giving employees vegetable seeds to start their own gardens at home

• Supporting conservation efforts through a donation to the Canadian Wildlife Federation

Sustainability isn’t defined by a single action, but by the choices we make every day. We’re proud to contribute in ways that support our communities, our environment, and the places we call home.

CBP Residential has expanded its long-standing partnership with TCU Development Corp. with two new property management mandates in Ottawa’s east end - Mata at 300 Tremblay Road and Ori at 1188 Cummings Avenue.

These newly constructed buildings bring our growing TCU-owned portfolio to seven properties, further strengthening a partnership built on trust and a shared commitment to creating exceptional rental communities.
