Toastmasters vous apprendra à écouter attentivement, à penser efficacement et à parler avec assurance. Vous y apprendrez également de précieuses compétences en matière de communication et de leadership

Toastmasters' Club Interaction in collaboration with Advanced Speakers Ottawa, will bring you a short introductory workshop on a very interesting topic that enables us to move into a deeper understanding of personal growth. It starts with delving into the concept of ABUNDANCE.

This short but powerful and interactive workshop will give some of the answers to changing a particular mindset that can increase your confidence and self esteem as well as a foundation to build on a more fulfilled life.
