🫎 NL's Strongest Man / WHEA qualifier 🫎 Had myself a dandy little day competing in both the U100kg and the open categories, as I needed to qualify for worlds in the weight class and couldn't let go of the NL's strongest man title without at least putting forth an effort! Managed to win both without dropping a point across 7 total events today and overall, I'm very pleased with the performance I was able to put together! All weights are in KG, all athletes have a choice of weight for the log/sandbag/deadlift & duckwalk.

The frame ladder is a set weight for men and women, you start, carry 10m, add 20kg, and continue. Fastest time wins, athletes will load their own plates and plates will be laid out at the end of the course.

This whole event is to closely mimic the Ireland qualifier!
