Due to an increase in last-minute cancelled appointments, we find it necessary to implement a new policy to better manage our scheduling and ensure we can provide timely service to all our valued customers.

At SBG Electrical, we strive to provide you with the highest level of service. To ensure that we can continue to serve all our clients efficiently, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Fee: A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for any appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. This fee will help us manage our schedule and provide timely services to all our customers.

2. Fee Deduction: If you proceed with the scheduled service after paying the cancellation fee, the amount will be deducted from your total job cost upon completion.

3. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your original appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Our goal is to ensure quality service while being considerate of everyone's time.
