This past month I've been working on putting together this zine/book about my mental health and mental illness journey for mental health awareness month. Although it is hard to be vulnerable enough to put a project like this out into the world but I believe it is time conversations like this are had. My hope is that people living with mental illness are able to feel less alone in some way and people who aren't living with mental illness are able to learn something. It's the first of many zines that I hope to do. I thought I'd share it with y'all. It deals with some heavy themes including suicidal ideation, depression, anxiety, transphobia, q***rphobia and ableism so reader discretion is advised. :) It's pay what you can so everyone can read it for free but if you do feel so inclined you can e-transfer me [email protected] and half of what I get I'm donating to trans lifeline.
