The busy season is upon us, and Elevation Signs is looking for reliable, professional, and physically fit subcontractors to join our team! Whether you’re a semi-retired handyperson or already operate a small business in carpentry, landscaping or trades and have your own truck, this flexible role could be a great fit.

🛠️ What You’ll Do:
✔ Install and remove real estate posts/signs (3x3, 4x4, 4x8 sizes)
✔ Hang dig post holes and be able to lift up to 45 lbs
✔ Communicate using our automated system, email & text
✔ Maintain and occasionally build/paint signposts

💼 What We Offer:
✅ Bi-weekly piecework compensation ($25–$125 per install / depending on size and location)
✅ availability to do approx 20-30 installs and removals per week
✅ Training provided & fuel discounts available

🚗 What You’ll Need:
-Truck capable of hauling 8 ft posts
-Physical ability for digging and lifting
-Valid BC driver’s license + clean abstract
-Worksafe & Insurance
-Smartphone + basic hand tools
-Excellent memory, attention to detail, and communication skills
-Comfort using Google Maps + navigating the South Okanagan

👉 This is a subcontractor position – ideal for someone looking to supplement their current trade work with flexible installs in a stunning outdoor setting.

In late March we started delivering our branded sign marker utility flags to our brokerage clients and these two lovely ladies were the first to use them to mark their location preference for a listing sign install. 👏🏼

Backstory: Many installs are very self explanatory, but we had these flag markers made and delivered for convenience so that our busy realtors no longer had to send texts, emails or photos to explain where they’d like their signs installed. They aren’t mandatory, but sure are helpful at tricky locations.

Our installers always default to using their best judgement for location if realtors don’t provide notes, but if we are required to go back to move a sign to a new spot, we have to charge for return trip to cover time and costs.

We wanted to avoid extra work and extra charges for our busy clients so we introduced this new free product!
