Sometimes intuition feels like a soft pull.
Sometimes it feels like a clear no.
Sometimes it feels like a knowing you cannot unknow.

You are allowed to trust what your energy is telling you.
You are allowed to listen before you have proof.
You are allowed to honour the feeling that says, “this is for me” or “this is not.”

This New Moon, call in the safety to hear yourself clearly — and the courage to trust what comes through.

Cancer energy brings us back to the places where we need nourishment, softness, emotional safety, and support.

And for many of us, receiving care can feel harder than giving it. Right?!

We are used to holding space, checking in, being the one who shows up.
We are the strong ones who make sure everyone else is okay.

But this New Moon asks us to call in a different kind of relationship - one where receiving doesn't feel selfish and where receiving support doesn't have to be earned. We are calling in a perspective and knowing that we are allowed to rest, receive kindness, be comforted and treated with tenderness.

You are allowed to be cared for.
You are allowed to receive without immediately giving something back.
You are allowed to let your own heart be held.

This New Moon, call in care that feels safe, steady, and guilt-free. It will feel so amazing and you deserve it.

Full Moons are here to illuminate what we are ready to see, complete, and release.

With Capricorn in the mix, this may bring awareness to the responsibilities, expectations, goals, roles, and pressure we have been carrying — especially the kind we convinced ourselves we “should” be able to handle.

Capricorn energy is strong, capable, grounded, and determined. Sounds great, right?! The downside of this strength, is the pressure around it to be everything to everyone, all of the time.

This Full Moon may ask you:

Where have I confused strength with over-functioning?
Where have I made my worth about productivity?
Where am I carrying too much because I do not want to disappoint anyone?

This is a moon for releasing the pressure to prove, perform, fix, manage, and hold it all alone.

You are allowed to be responsible without abandoning yourself. Let that statment land.

You are allowed to build a steady life without turning yourself into the foundation for everyone else.
