We’re a residential contractor based in Perth, ON, specializing in custom homes, framing, and ICF construction. We're currently looking for a hands-on Carpenter Foreman to lead a crew on exciting, high-quality custom home builds and other residential construction projects in the surrounding area.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead and work alongside a small crew on framing and ICF construction projects
Read and interpret construction plans and ensure work is done accurately and efficiently
Coordinate daily tasks and keep jobs running smoothly on-site
Maintain high standards of quality workmanship and site safety

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in residential framing and construction
Proven ability to lead a crew and manage on-site tasks
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable, professional, and brings a positive attitude to the job
Must have your own transportation to job sites
