🎉 Exciting news! 🎉

I’m so excited to announce that I’m now offering Canine Conditioning Programs! To celebrate, the first 25 clients will receive their initial assessment for just $50 (regularly $100)!

*Please note: All dogs must be cleared by a veterinarian before beginning any conditioning program.

Right now, I’m offering custom, individualized conditioning programs tailored to your dog’s needs and goals.

Group classes are coming soon! They’re currently in the works and are expected to launch in September, so stay tuned for updates!

If you’re interested in helping your dog build strength, improve fitness, enhance performance, or support injury prevention, send me a message to learn more or book your assessment!

In winter, many cats naturally move less and rest more — but sometimes that “hibernation mode” can also hide stiffness or discomfort. You might notice:

less jumping up to favourite spots

hesitation on stairs

a swishy/low tail, or a change in mood when touched

🐾 How animal chiropractic can help: gentle, specific adjustments support spinal and joint mobility, helping your cat move more comfortably and confidently.

If your cat has been moving differently lately, send us a message — we’re happy to talk about whether chiro is a fit.
