Tracy Rockburne is retiring! For years, Mrs. Rockburne has been one of the friendly faces at the heart of our school. Whether it has been greeting students and families at the office, helping a student who needed ice for a bump or scrape, calling home when someone wasn't feeling well, letting students know they were being picked up, stepping in as an impromptu lunch supervisor, or enthusiastically calling out the numbers at Bingo, she has always been there with a smile to offer a helping hand.

Over her remarkable 35 years of service to CDSBEO, Mrs. Rockburne has touched the lives of countless students, families, and staff, and we have been incredibly fortunate to have been part of that journey here at SJCES 💚 xo

Mrs. Rockburne has been someone students and staff could always count on—not only to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, but also to brighten our day with a laugh, a kind word, or an important weather update letting us know whether recess would be indoors or outdoors! Her patience, kindness, and willingness to help wherever needed have made a lasting impact on our entire school community.

Thank you, Mrs. Rockburne, for ALL of the care, dedication, and hard work you have given to SJCES over the years. You have helped make our school the warm, welcoming, and supportive place it is today, and your presence will be greatly missed by students, families, and staff alike. We wish you all the very best in your retirement and hope your next chapter is filled with happiness, relaxation, time with your beautiful family, and many wonderful adventures ahead ❤️ xo
