Spring Lune Oracle

If you follow along on my stories you probably already know this but I have had a really hard time with my anxiety this week 🫠

I have a lot of trauma and triggers around going to the doctor and medical things and I had multiple appointments in the past week and a lot of waiting in between

This year I had set the intention to be more active online and to show up even more for my business and just to connect and show love to you and this beautiful community that has started to grow 💗

But I had to give myself grace

I spent less time online and more time calming my nervous system 🫖💤

And that is okay

However, eventually I had to kick my butt back into gear❤️‍🔥

Sometimes rest isn't what you need, sometime self love is pushing your mind and body to show up for your soul💪🏻

That is what I did today and I am so thankful for it

Learn to listen to your soul it never guides you wrong🥰

I am so grateful that I‘ve been able to travel so much this year and that I got to spend the last week with my sister in such a magical place 👭🏼✨

The travelling I have got to and STILL get to do this year has been so beyond mind-blowing, heart-filling, and soul-expanding💗💗💗

I often times look around and still can’t believe my life🤯

So much that I am doing, seeing, and experiencing are things that while on my bucket list I never ACTUALLY believed I would be able to do
