This has happened to a few of my clients over the past few years.
I was called when it happened and was asked what they should do.
I went over, took out there last backup that I setup and restored their data. At most they were out a day or two and my bill was far less then the prices stated here in this article.
These clients had anti-virus, spyware software and firewalls on their networks but there is always a way in. We block what we can but for the most part it is human error.
