Northern Ontario needs our help.

Wildfires continue to impact communities across Northwestern Ontario, and pets and families are among those needing support. Peterborough Humane Society is a drop-off point for a supply drive in partnership with , a hub supporting communities affected by the wildfires.

Now through Friday we’re collecting essential pet supplies at the shelter to help provide care and comfort to animals in impacted areas.

They are looking for donations of:
🐾 Plastic crates (medium, large, and extra large)
🐾 Wire crates (large)
🐾 Collars (including martingale collars) and leashes in all sizes
🐾 Bowls
🐾 P*e pads

Donation hours
Thursday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Friday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (updated)

All donations must be in by end of day Friday, July 17, when supplies head north. Thank you so much for your support!
