Hello, thanks for sticking with me here. I've been busy re-branding...

I have decided to finally change my group name from my past clinic 'Return to Function'. It was just over a year ago that the decision was made for the clinic to change hands. Essentially, Return to Function was replaced by Hybrid Health and my 14 year role as clinic owner faded. I am very happy to be a part of the Hybrid family, it is a group of practitioners and trainers that are some of the best in the business and I love going to work everyday.

However, if I'm honest, the past year has been harder than most, as part of my identity was found in the ownership of my clinic. For 14 years, my life was poured into the business. And now I feel as though it failed, it was left with uncertainty and challenges of a future that looks very different.

So now I have become an author. I penned words to pages and published a vulnerable and transparent manuscript. 'What is Next' is a collection of stories and challenges I faced and provides the reader with simple concepts for an easier path in the pursuit of business and personal goals and dreams.
