Another small video demonstrating the difference between flashing and tuning. Here, a 2025 ninja 500 with a Hindle exhaust has had its ecu flashed. Parameters disabled. Now checked using our dyno with wideband O2 sensor. Bike is running too lean. Needs more gas. EVERY bike is different. There are far too many variables within the engine/exhaust let alone outside influences such as altitude, average temp, average humidity, fuel quality, etc. Tuning is the best option. Gamma clutches!! They can be terrible things. There can be a few issues with them; the belleville washers, improper basket to hub clearance, a warped/warping outer pressure plate. Solutions - throw away the belleville washers and restack the clutch plates to correct height, check/alter the basket to hub clearance, remove stock pressure plate if warping and install our cnc machined plate. Shown is a test of our modifications. Stan's gamma now shifts as it should. Yes, the running engine is louder than me......oops. However everything said is here in text.
