Really interesting article, further proving everyone's previous notions that ideas and creativity are king. When you really get down to brass tacks, winning "the game" isn't about who has the most power, but who has the most ideas, and it looks like the suits are buying into that. Interesting to see what the future holds for the advertising and marketing world if this trend continues.
