RE: Drifting Snow.. unfortunately the film’s release date is.. drifting. All of our screenings are cancelled and will hopefully be re-scheduled when theatres open again. Little things like this really help us in the face of lost screening revenues and an even somehow more uncertain cinema landscape than ever before.

Sadly, the Kingston Canadian Film Festival was cancelled this weekend because of COVID-19. Thank you to everyone who bought tickets and intended to come–we were really looking forward to you seeing Drifting Snow today... On a positive note, as you've probably seen, we just launched a crowdfunding campaign this week to cover the costs of production. Through the campaign, you can buy tickets to our screening in Picton May 7/8/9 at the Regent if you still want to see Drifting Snow on the big screen. You can also pre-order a copy of the film. We thank you for your continued support and hope everyone washes their hands and does what they need to do to feel safe!

Drifting Snow is writer/director Ryan Noth's first feature. It stars Sonja Smits and Jonas Bonnetta (Evening Hymns), and includes Colin Mochrie, Jessica Salgueiro, and Rachel Bonnetta.

The amazing Stewart Jones Painting painted one of our favourite rural county landscapes, to use in an art party scene at the amazing Mad Dog Gallery. And the lovely Rebecca Hunt was the film’s field producer, keeping everyone warm and our bellies full of food and laughter. ☺️
