Seeding is an effective way to accelerate nucleation, the first step in any crystallization. But scaling your process successfully requires more than speed. It requires predictability.

Rather than applying the same approach to an entire production lot, consider running a small test batch first. This allows you to validate your process parameters and generate qualified seed material for the remainder of that specific lot.

By keeping the initial seed volume small, less than 2 g is plenty, you can reduce tracking complexity while improving process control and consistency across larger batches.
