This basement had prior flooding issues stemming from foundation cracks water was prevented from reaching the drain. The installation of Teksill at the bottom of the basement wall on top of an epoxy floor ensures unimpeded water flow to the drain and allows the framing to dry out completely, even after significant water exposure. By using Teksill, tons of debris are kept out of landfills, contributing to a basement environment that is dry and free from mold and mildew.

Might as well reuse some old carpenter squares, old saw blade and left over rebar to make a lawn sign.
