Protein isn't just for building, but extremely important for maintaining muscle as well.
It's also so much easier to bring calories down by reducing fats.

I get so many questions per day on how I would set up a diet using macros. This is it. Now I usually don’t prescribe macros at first. I use a template/habit like method as seen with the Simplified Diet Templates at site. There are many ways to skin a cat so this is not exhaustive. Thanks for making this

I don't like to get political on social media because people get butt hurt when their opinions are slightly challenged but this strikes a nerve. With the recent changes in the laws in Alabama and other states to follow, we seem to be going in reverse.
I for one believe that women have the right to choose whether they want to have a baby or not. I find it absolutely fu***ng stupid and ridiculous that this has been changed. Unfortunately the supreme court is controlled it Republicans who predominantly hold the same beliefs and unfortunately this plague will most likely end up spreading.

Trainer profiles are finally up at and I've been waiting for this moment for a long time.
I remember when I was a member of Mansfield and studying to become a trainer, I would look at the wall and tell my buddy I'd be up there one day. I was half right. I would, just not at Mansfield.
