You cannot do epic things with boring people π€
These girls did an amazing job filming not one but TWO dances last night. Congrats ladies, you killed it!
Already looking forward to the next time we get to do this together β¨
First ever stage performance for
I am so proud of these ladies for getting up on stage and totally killing it π₯
It takes so much strength and nerves to get out on a stage and perform in front of a live audience. These women are incredible, powerful women and I am so grateful I got to share the stage with them!
Way to go ladies, canβt wait for the next time we get to perform π€©
Huge shoutout to .heels.jamdance for allowing us to join you on stage for the show! Jess you did an incredible job putting it all together and we are so happy we got to share the night with so many other bad ass women π

Tiara
Tiara started dancing as a kid doing mostly ballet and contemporary. She sadly had to stop in high school because of an ankle injury.
It wasnβt until 2018 that she mustered up the courage to go to her first heels class. Shortly after she found out she was pregnant and had to put dance on pause again.
Tiara says βAlmost a year ago now I found Confidance and Aleisha on Instagram. This time as a new mom my hunger to have dance back in my life.. to have something just for me.. was crucial.
What I love most about dance is how everything else disappears and I am effortlessly so present in the moment. What I love about ConfiDance specifically is how itβs more than just dance. We have become a family and I look forward to our girls nights outside of dance class.β β¨
Tiara has been such an amazing asset to each class. She always gives it her all and it shows in her dance technique and performance skills. We canβt wait to see what Tiara brings next sessionβ€οΈ

Deb
Deb started dancing with confiDance 3 years ago on an invite from a friend. She joined to try something new and exciting and help her stay active.
Deb says βI was really not at all confident because Iβve never done anything like this and my at my ageπ€£ I think Iβve gotten better and I feel a lot more confident. I really enjoy Aleisha and all the amazing women in the class. It really is an empowering fun feeling β€οΈβ
Itβs been so amazing watching Deb grow throughout the last years. She always gives everything her all when she is dancing and works so hard to improve and learn during class.
Classes wouldnβt be the same without Deb, she is a huge part of the confiDance family! We canβt wait to see her growth continue and totally rock it at the next sessionπ
