Emergency First Aid course our in Langley yesterday. Big thanks for Ria and the ladies from Langley Hospice Society. If you are a teenager or know a teenager who has lost someone close to them I recommend you contact the Youth Grief Support. You are not alone, there is help for the way you are feeling.
