Had a wonderful night at the Mayor’s Charity Ball, supporting the Coquitlam Firefighters Charitable Society and the Port Coquitlam Charitable Society. It was a sold out event, and the theme was a masquerade ball! The fundraiser was a huge success and exceeded last year’s donations. It was fun night, watching the camaraderie and rivalry between the Coquitlam Mayor Richard Stewart and PoCo Mayors Brad West and their respective councils :).

Network Hearing was proud to donate a prize to its live auction and we continued to support the fundraising events of the evening too. The firefighters’ charities fund many wonderful initiatives for our communities including the Nutritional Snack Programs for Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam elementary schools.

Lest we forget.

In recognition of November 11, Remembrance Day, we will be closed until Monday November 13th. We will re-open on Tuesday November 14th.

We remember and thank all those who volunteered, served, fought and died for our freedom.

Hello everyone!

It’s been awhile since our last post! We’ve been incredibly busy these past couple of months…most notably we passed our 1 year milestone! Yep, Sandra and Grace started last year with big dreams for Network Hearing and one year later, we’ve exceeded our expectations! We have many things to update you on!

So what’s new with us lately?

We’ll start this week off with a (literally) breaking news story about a little mishap that happened yesterday afternoon:

A car accidentally crashed through our front window! It was quite the sight! As part of our milestone celebrations, we may be offering “Drive-thru Audiology Services” and we’ll throw in some doorcrasher specials while we’re at it! :)

All joking aside, we are incredibly grateful no one was hurt, including the very apologetic driver. We are glad this happened on a Sunday when no one was in the office.

We wish to extend our heartfelt thanks to the PoCo Fire and Emergency services who secured the scene and to our neighbours and patrons of Westwood Centre for their kind support and to the friends and family who came by to help us clean up. We are extremely thankful there were no injuries and today, it’s business as usual….although it might be a tad chilly inside.

Come down for a visit if you’re in the area and you can ooh and ahh at our new (and temporary) soundproofing idea for a window.

In the meantime, stay tuned for more updates!

Having a wonderful time at the Low Entropy Multicultural Connections Festival at LaFarge Lake in Coquitlam .entropy. So many wonderful vendors, service providers, food trucks and entertainment on the stage all day. The event supports wonderful programs that help our community. So happy to be participating in this great family and pet-friendly event…and we’re spreading the word on the importance of hearing health to the TriCities community!
