Wish we could post a pic of a carb on gas (high octane). But, those Ottawa Libtards took care of that, a little over a year ago. Regulating that all gasoline grades contain at least 10% ethanol.
The pictures tell the tale, customer's carbed Harley after just one winter. S**t turns Jello like and plugs up the slow jet, he was barely able to get here.
Don't believe me? Ask anyone in the Marine industry, it's worse for them because ethanol blended fuel and moisture are a real bad combo. This customer leaves his bike outside in the winter. Going to recommend... again, that he run the carb dry of fuel this fall and even go so far as to remove fuel in the tank and spray some WD40 in there. Not ideal, but he needs to do something.
Oh yah, good luck with fuel stabilizers for ethanol, not perfected yet!
