Southies.
Sometimes in a bakers life everything goes perfectly. The timing is syncronized like a swiss watch, the doughs are perfect, the playlist is just right for the vibe (Alt-J) and the oven is humming the beat of the bakers heart.
Today was one of those days for me.

The box will open at 1pm and be open till its gone. If you have friends in town, its a perfect day for a Bluffs hike and a pack of cinnamon buns or croissants.

Its a Southie Saturday. Stay home. Work in the Garden. Smell the sweet Air. Forest bathe. Pick up some fresh croissants for a late lunch with your neighbor or some apple turn overs for the grand kids. Whatever your reason for just hanging out, we are open today with a few things. Rustic French Sourdough, some Medium Rye, Eccles, AT's and yes, a batch of Blueberry Cinnamon Buns and my Rustic Croissants.

Happy Thursday Southies!
Yes Bake Day Friday. The wee bakery is a buzz right now prepping for tomorrow. A good run of goodies as well as my breads, Arles the rustic french, baguette and our medium rye. In the sweet department.... butter tarts, some maple bacon cinnamon buns, 3 flavors of cookies and of course the ever popular Eccles Cakes and Apple Turn Overs.... and we means real apple turn overs!! Haha
Open at 1pm in downtown Stillwater. Hope to see you there.

Good Morning Southlanders,
So I thought I baked enough yesterday but it seems I didn't!
So, up early I got this morning. (Terrible use of English I know)
Lots of fresh Cinnamon Buns, Croissants, a few loaves of our Rustic Organic Sourdough French, Butter Tarts and Galettes.
Thats about it for today, but it's fresh, made with LOVE and Intention. 1pm in the box.

Southies! Omg we are already sold out. Gosh Thank you and I am sorry I can't make more in a day. That said I am going to do a small run tomorrow, Saturday. Open again at 1pm. I will post on the morning what I have made, for sure cinnamon buns! Lol

Early Morning to you my Southlander friends.
The calm after the storm. Kind of like when our wee bakery opens and I can go for a nap. Gosh I love naps.
Anyway, was a busy night and morning of course. 3 kinds of cookies today, Earl Grey Tea, Ginger and Oatmeal Chocolate Chip. Arle's Rustic French Sourdough, Blueberry Cinnamon Buns, Eccles, Apple TO's and a few lovely Galettes.
We open at 1pm Downtown Stillwater. 12251 Arbour Dr.

PS: Last week I posted a picture of a distant landscape, for those curious ones, it was of the Aspen Grove area, 40 minutes north of Princeton. We were on our way to Kentucky Alleyne Lakes.
