A little unique, but sometimes you have to work with what you've got!

500 microns is a good/adequate vaccum, 300 is a great vacuum and 75 is about as good as it gets!! The vacuum pump ensures there are little to no contaminants in your system such as moisture or air which can damage and/or shorten the life of your AC or Heat Pump!

Sometimes a little maintenance will keep your condenser happy in the hot weather! Your AC unit is like the radiator in your car, sometimes it needs the fluff and bugs washed off to keep the motor running cool and healthy!

A couple more straps and another half hour on the pump, then our customer can enjoy a cool retreat on a hot day. Sunday is forecasted to be 25°C!!

Look at this neutralizer media! Unfortunately the customer was not aware of this, so we swapped it out for them! Every few months water, furnace and erv/hrv filters should be checked, cleaned and/or changed, and every 6 months to year, condensate drain media too!

We can provide all the equipment, but in this case, the customer ran the lines, electrical and placed the unit and coil, we hooked it up and tested it. Nice day for it too!
