Day 2 of the Highway of Tears Symposium. This event marks 20 years since the 2006 Highway of Tears Symposium, when families, community leaders, and advocates came together to raise national awareness and call for action in response to the issue of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two-Spirit peoples (MMIWG2S+) along Highway 16.

Today we were honoured to spend the day with elders in . Listening to their stories never gets easier, but we are so fortunate to hear them.
