Align Equine works with both children and adults using Equine Facilitated Wellness. It is a form of animal assisted therapy that incorporates interactions with our equine herd who are each specifically chosen and trained.
Equine facilitated wellness helps to facilitate the experience of personal growth and self-awareness through experiential learning in relationship with your equine partner.
Mindful horsemanship that supports a beautiful learning environment to discover thoughts, relationships or beliefs that no longer serve you or might be holding you back from living a truly gratifying life.
