Job Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Assist with client communications and inquiries
• Maintain organized filing systems and databases
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities
• Enrollment in ongoing professional licensing courses
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Outgoing personality, self starter

• Background in financial services beneficial
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Simply Accounting/Sage
• Desire to learn and grow in the financial and real estate industries
