Our Martial Arts (Hapkido) classes are back and this time they are ongoing AND we have an adult class!
These classes are offered $55 per month (WOW!!).
Learn self-defense skills including kicking, striking and self defense techniques. Great for fitness, confidence and fun. Ongoing classes.
Participants will need indoor running shoes, gym/exercise attire and a water bottle.
Registration online has sign up available in 2 sessions, however we do offer month to month payment plans. Reach out to us on the side for more info on monthly payments, or you can contact the class leader - [email protected]
